  • - 2 cups cooked brown rice (or quinoa)

  • - 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (or turkey)

  • - 1/2 cup cooked and mashed sweet potatoes

  • - 1/2 cup cooked and chopped carrots

  • - 1/2 cup cooked and chopped green beans

  • - 1/4 cup cooked and chopped spinach (optional)

  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil (or coconut oil)

  • - 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley (optional, for fresh breath)


  • Cook the brown rice (or quinoa) according to package instructions until fully cooked. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken (or turkey) with the mashed sweet potatoes, chopped carrots, green beans, and spinach (if using).
  • Add the cooked brown rice (or quinoa) to the bowl and mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
